Administrative Associate (Part-Time)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answer phones, directing calls and messages to colleagues throughout the company
  • Handle requests for information in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and direct incoming mail and packages
  • Create and Maintain filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Interface with project management software and company databases, updating information as necessary
  • Submit local and utility project permitting paperwork
  • Identify areas for improvement and create strategies for administrative upgrades
  • Participate in special projects as opportunities arise

What we’ll want you to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High level of organization, planning and execution — ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an environment of frequent interruptions
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and ability to learn new software applications quickly ‘
  • Creative problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • No shortage of positive energy and success building relationships
